Yachting Weather is a cost-free, user friendly utility for the iPod Touch, iPhone and iPad, that retrieves high resolution marine weather forecasts from WEATHER365.net, depending on your current GPS location or selecting a location world wide using the map screen. You can configure Yachting Weather to your needs, whether you are a motor boater or sailor. Weather forecasts for the next 3 days are available world wide close to sea or at sea for 24/7. Predictions are displayed with a spatial resolution of 0.25 degrees and 6 hrs time steps. Forecast data are based on optimized WRF and Wave Watch III high performance weather models and will be updated 4 times a day by WEATHER365.
