Hi
we made some improvements at "Local Weather" module (Städtewetter). There you can now change your preferred windscale.
You can switch between:

1. Bft = Beaufort scale
2. km/h = Kilometer per hour
3. kn = knods
4. m/s = meter / per sec

coming soon:

Temperature switch between °C and ° F
